Doppelganger (1993, Avi Nesher) - 10.0
Drew Barrymore plays a nice girl who is being stalked and harassed by her evil doppelganger who is trying to kill off her whole family. There's a somewhat lame twist ending that ends up abruptly morphing into one of the greatest, most random endings I've ever seen. It's fantastic. Honestly, this movie is the very definition of why I watch movies. It's not necessarily the most amazing movie ever, but it is still very much a perfect film, and something about watching it completely validates my love of cinema.
