John Landiscember

I made a list awhile ago of the films it was most absurd I hadn't seen yet, and Landis had several on the list. An American Werewolf in London is one of my favorite movies ever, but I hadn't seen any of his classic comedies. I didn't complete his filmography this month, but I watched the important ones, and other than Animal House, they were all pretty good, with Coming to America and the lesser-known Into the Night being my favorites. I definitely like him much more as a horror director than a comedy director, but I'll watch anything he does at this point, and will eventually catch up with his older stuff (I didn't watch any of his 90s work).

Listed from Best to Least:
1. An American Werewolf in London (1981)
2. Michael Jackson's Thriller (1983)
3. Innocent Blood (1992)
4. Into the Night (1985)
5. Family (2006)
6. Michael Jackson's Black Or White (1991)
7. Coming to America (1988)
8. Deer Woman (2005)
9. Trading Places (1983)
10. The Blues Brothers (1980)
11. ¡Three Amigos! (1986)
12. Kentucky Fried Movie (1977)
13. Slasher (2004)
14. Beverly Hills Cop III (1994)
15. Mr. Warmth: The Don Rickles Project (2007)
16. Burke & Hare (2010)
17. Animal House (1978)
18. Amazon Women on the Moon (1987)
